- Rented systems remain the property of CAS and must be returned if the contract ends.
- Damaged or lost equipment may incur additional charges.
6. Limitations of Liability

- Any loss, theft, damage, or injury not caused by our negligence.
- Delays or failures due to power outages, internet disruption, or third-party system failure.
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence (e.g., weak passwords, sharing login details).

- Payments are overdue.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
